Wrapped in Love: A Gift for Her
Honouring mothers with dignity, compassion, and community love.
A Gift for Her is one of Intimate Sessions’ most heartfelt initiatives, an annual Mother’s Day gift basket drive created to uplift mothers who are often overlooked, underserved, or navigating some of the hardest chapters of their lives.
For months leading up to May, our community comes together to collect self-care items, essentials, and tokens of comfort that are thoughtfully curated into beautiful gift baskets. But these baskets are more than presents, they are reminders. Reminders that these women are seen. That they matter. That even in the midst of hardship, they deserve joy, rest, and celebration.
In partnership with local shelters and organizations, A Gift for Her extends hope and warmth to mothers who give endlessly, yet rarely receive in return. Each basket is a gesture of love wrapped with intention, carrying encouragement, dignity, and the message: you are not forgotten.
Through this initiative, we honour motherhood in its truest form. For their resilience, courage, and recognizing they are worthy of recognition. Together, we ensure that every mother, touched by this initiative feels cherished and wrapped in the love she deserves.

Love Galore
Love Galore is Intimate Sessions’ signature annual women’s empowerment experience, where healing, self-love, and sisterhood come to life.
Each February, women gather in an intentional space to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves, and step into a renewed sense of healing, confidence, and authenticity.
Each year, Love Galore is based on themes that blends emotional and mental wellness, and creative expression, through immersive workshops, meaningful experiences, and powerful community connection. Love Galore is more than an event, it is a movement where women come to restore, rise, and become.
Why Love Galore Matters
In a world where women are constantly pouring into others, Love Galore creates the pause they rarely give themselves, a space to return, to release, and to be poured into.
Behind the strength so many women carry are silent battles, navigating motherhood, careers, expectations, and identity, all while holding it together on the outside. Love Galore exists to break that silence.
This is more than an event, it is a transformative experience that meets women where they are and supports them in rising beyond it.
Through Love Galore, women experience:
• Trauma-informed healing practices rooted in mental health awareness and real, evidence-based approaches.
• Deep, intentional connection for those who have felt unseen, unheard, or alone.
• Creative and therapeutic outlets that allow for emotional release, self-expression, and personal growth.
• Practical empowerment tools that extend beyond the experience and into everyday life.
Love Galore is not just something you attend, it is something you feel, carry, and become. A space where every woman is reminded: you are enough!
2024: First Annual Love Galore
Theme: Release & Forgiveness
The debut of Love Galore was a powerful tribute to womanhood and the art of self-love.
Highlights
- Guests arrived to a red-carpet welcome and an intimate live hibachi dinner, savoring bold flavors, unlimited drinks, and laughter-filled conversations.
- Activities invited women to reconnect with themselves: writing self-love letters, engaging in breathwork exercises, and participating in mirror reflection rituals that encouraged them to see their worth.
- A floral workshop added a creative touch, allowing women to craft beauty with their hands while reflecting on their inner beauty.
- The night blended nourishment with empowerment, making women feel seen, cherished, and celebrated.
2025: Second Annual Love Galore
Theme: Release & Restoration
Love Galore 2025 deepened the journey, with a focus on letting go and healing. The night invited women to confront what no longer served them and to step boldly into their freedom.
Transformative Workshop Activities:
- Whispers of Restoration: guided breathwork that opened the body for emotional release.
- Meditation Reset: a grounding session to clear the mind and invite peace.
- Freedom Scream: one of the evening’s most moving moments. Together, women released rage, grief, and suppressed emotions in a powerful vocal release that ended in tears, laughter, and relief.
- Dissolve to Evolve: writing self-forgiveness notes and dissolving them in water, symbolizing release and compassion. Many women described it as “washing away years of shame.”
- Pieces of Peace: smashing plates marked with struggles, embodying freedom through destruction. The sound of shattering plates became a chorus of liberation.
- Canvas of the Heart: painting personal desires and dreams, turning emotions into color and vision.
- Flame Circle: holding hands and affirming aloud: “Despite it all, I love myself because…” A sacred circle of vulnerability and strength.
- Flames of Freedom: sparklers lit the night sky as women declared positivity and life over themselves, closing with joy and celebration.
2026: Third Annual Love Galore
Theme: Becoming HER
Love Galore 2026 embodied the transformative journey of Becoming H.E.R. A powerful reflection of what it means to heal from within, evolve through life’s experiences, and restore balance across the mind, body, and soul.
Intentional Workshop Activities:

Breathwork Experience : A guided breathwork journey that used intentional breathing to regulate the nervous system, release stress, and ground participants in the present moment.

Guided Meditation : A calming, sensory-based meditation that created space for reflection, emotional awareness, and inner stillness.

Love Galore Perfume Bar : An immersive scent experience where participants crafted a personalized “Love Galore Potion” as an expression of their essence and individuality.

The Burial of Burdens (The Last Goodbye) : A symbolic release ritual where participants voiced and surrendered their emotional burdens, making space for healing, freedom, and renewal.

Seeds of Manifestation (Planting Intention) : A faith-centered planting experience where participants sowed their intentions and dreams, symbolizing growth, resilience, and new beginnings.
