My Story
“Together, we are stronger, and together, we rise!”
Intimate Sessions did not begin as an organization, it began as a question:
Where do women go when they are struggling, but are still expected to hold everything together and show up?
For our Founder, Princess Sobrinho, that question became deeply personal. During the pandemic, she experienced perinatal and postpartum depression, alongside high-functioninng depression. While navigating motherhood, identity, and mental health in silence. Like many women, she appeared strong on the outside while quietly carrying the weight of isolation, overwhelm, and unmet support on the inside.
What became clear was not just her own need, but a collective one.
Women needed spaces where strength did not require silence. Where vulnerability was not judged. Where healing could happen in community rather than in isolation.
Intimate Sessions was created to meet that need. Not as a quick solution, but as an intentional space for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and be met with compassion and understanding. A place where identity is honoured, voices are valued, and healing is allowed to unfold naturally.
This story extends beyond one woman. It belongs to every woman who has felt unseen, unheard, or pressured to carry more than she should. Whether you arrive seeking healing, connection, or simply a place to exhale, you belong here!
