The Launch of Intimate Sessions (2023)
Our very first gathering was an intimate, fireside chat–style event rooted in honest dialogue, vulnerability, and connection. Through open panel discussions, hands-on exercises, and access to free therapy sessions, participants experienced warmth, care, and a deep sense of community from day one.
This marked the beginning of our journey and the birth of a powerful movement.
Love Galore: The Self-Love Experience
(2024, 2025 & 2026)
Love Galore is the annual women empowerment signature event. An experience curated by Intimate Sessions. A powerful gathering rooted in self-love, sisterhood, and healing. More than an event, Love Galore is a movement and a moment where women come together to release what no longer serves them, restore their inner strength, and rise into the fullness of who they are. Each year, the experience is thoughtfully designed around a transformative theme, blending emotional and mental wellness, creative expression, and community connection through immersive workshops, hands-on activities, and practical, life-affirming tools. Love Galore creates an intentional, elevated space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered, to reconnect with themselves and one another, making it not only a must attend experience, but a meaningful opportunity for partners and sponsors to be part of a growing legacy of healing, impact, and authentic empowerment.

Wrapped in Love: A Gift for Her (2025)
Every May, in honour of Mother’s Day, Intimate Sessions leads one of its most heartfelt initiatives, A Gift for Her, a community-powered gift basket drive for mothers facing hardship. Through donated self-care items, comfort essentials, and personal notes of encouragement, we create beautifully curated baskets that remind these women they are seen, cherished, and not alone.
Crypto Unveiled (2025)
In collaboration with Peach Community Centre, this free financial literacy workshop empowered women with knowledge about cryptocurrency, wealth building, and financial independence. Led by Global Crypto Strategist Carlita Cash, participants enjoyed food, drinks, and practical tools for smart investing.
As the first workshop within Money Maven, Crypto Unveiled opened the door for women to begin their journey into cryptocurrency and financial empowerment.
